Happy Anniversary

Yesterday was my little sister's first wedding anniversary.

Thinking about her anniversary made me realize that I never posted

any of the pictures from her beautiful wedding last summer.

The wedding was really sweet for us because all of the table cloths and chandelier belonged to my grandmother who passed away about 10 years ago. All night long all we could say was how much she would have loved the event and all the details!

Open House

The last few months I've been working on furnishing the show stopping house I posted about here. The pictures of this house do not do it it justice! That is why I'm please to announce that we're having an open house on to show off this beautiful residence and let you peek behind the doors to see the interiors in person. If you're in Utah, I promise this house is worth the trip.

Amazing new rugs from Jill Rosenwald

We all know and love this Fallon rug. I use it all the time and even had one in my own home for a while. You may not know that Jill Rosenwald, the designer of that rug has just come out with some brand new additions to her collection! I love these wool flatweave rugs because they are affordable, and stylish.

Ever since I was able to preview the new rugs I have been dying for them to become available to order so that I could use them clients. Well folks I am happy to tell you they are finally here!

The Lavender Nursery

I just got back from a week at the beach and it was heaven. Our beach house didn't have internet and my phone broke half way through the trip so I was pretty much off the grid. It was sort of nice to be removed from the usual upkeep and e-mails. I'll be paying for this the next few days as I catch up on things but it was worth it to have some rest.

Right before I left for my trip I got a CD of images from my awesome photographer Sara Bateman from our recent photo shoots. It was like Christmas Morning!

I couldn't wait any longer to share this gorgeous nursery.

Every single time I go to work on this home, I don't want to leave.

I just love how calm and peaceful this space feels.

nursery sneak peek

I spent all day yesterday with my photographer Sara Bateman and some gorgeous flowers photographing a few recent projects. One of the rooms we shot was a lavender nursery that I posted about here and finished up just before I had my own little baby Elliott (poor boy his room still isn't done).
