Happy Anniversary

Yesterday was my little sister's first wedding anniversary.

Thinking about her anniversary made me realize that I never posted

any of the pictures from her beautiful wedding last summer.

The wedding was really sweet for us because all of the table cloths and chandelier belonged to my grandmother who passed away about 10 years ago. All night long all we could say was how much she would have loved the event and all the details!

wedding week=crazy

Little sister's wedding week is upon us and we're just wrapping up the details and praying for sunny skies on Wednesday. Of course I'll be sharing lots of pictures after the big day, but for now just a cute shot of the happy couple done by Green Apple Photography.

The month of July has been crazy. Aside from my usual projects, my younger sister is getting married on the 28th. It has been so much fun planning her wedding, but I think we are all at the point where we are ready for the big event to happen. 

I thought I would pass along this beautiful image that has been a source of inspiration in our planning. We're using my grandmother's antique chandelier over the buffet table and when I came across this picture it really struck a chord.

mountain wedding

Remember that wedding I was working on a few weeks ago? I turned out lovely and windy. 

The wedding was held in Midway, Utah at a beautiful farm with amazing views of the mountains. These images were shot by the talented duo at Chudleigh Photography. I am obsessed with their gorgeous photos and they were a dream to work with.

Wedding Season

I've been working on two weddings for the last couple of months and one of them is this Friday.

Yikes, I should be cutting ribbons instead of writing this blog. 

If you don't hear from me in the next couple of days, you'll know why. 

It should be lovely; rustic, mountains, spring greens, big full blooms, lots of cake.

Old is new-Vintage inspired wedding

Today is my 5th wedding anniversary. I can't believe it has been that long since I wore my white dress and had my big day. 

As part of the celebration, I'm sharing some details from a darling wedding. I mentioned about a month ago that one of my best friends got married, and I was a bridesmaid in her wedding. Consequently her name is also Caitlin, and she also shares a love for vintage things. Today I am happy to share with you a few details from Caitlin's darling vintage wedding.
