bathroom makeover

The most major undertaking we've had with our new house was renovating the upstairs bathroom. The previous owner had put in a handicap shower so it didn't really have a functional bath and shower for our situation.

It's come a long way and I'm thrilled with the transformation. 

Our vanity was just installed and now we're just 

waiting on countertops and the finishing touches.

I can't wait to have a finished space to share with you.

When plowing through a pile of catalogs this weekend I spotted this modern 

interpretation of the good old bath mat. I love the shape and the narrow border. 

Something soft underfoot

I've been admiring these bath mats for some time now. Every time I see them I try to think of a client I can force one upon. I've come up empty handed so now I'm forcing it upon you dear bloggers. Isn't it cute?
