My pal Caitlin Wilson has just debuted her amazing line of pillows and textiles.

The thing I love about her collection is that all the patterns are made

to mix and match so it takes some of the guess work out of decorating a space.

I've decided flame stitching is new the thing. It seems as though these slightly

 bohemian/slightly kitschy prints are showing up everywhere these days. 

I think this pillow from Urban just might be my favorite sighting yet.

Look no further. Target has one in disguise. This pillow, is actually chevron on the flip side. Two of these happily hopped into my shopping cart today, headed straight for a client's house. 

Of course I swapped the inserts for down. Those people at Target finally got smart and realized we wanted pillows with zippers on them. And by the way. I think I am addicted to pillows. Ask my husband.

This little chevron pillow has received a lot of love in the blog world and I've been wanting to use it in a project for the longest time. 

One of my wonderful clients just bought it to go on a chair/ottoman that we are having reupholstered. We also decided to throw in this lovely little number:

I delivered pretty pillows made of this fabric to one of my clients last week. 

I love the way they look against her new ticking sofas.

I was running errands yesterday and drove past a store that I usually don't think twice about, Burlington Coat Factory. I thought I might give it a try and see if they had good deals on anything interesting (this is how you become an expert bargain shopper) and so I pulled over and headed in. At first I found just what I expected to find. Lots of tacky rustic things and polyester bedding. 

I was unimpressed until I hit the pillow aisle. Jackpot. Lovely patterns, good colors, lots of options, amazing prices. I was happy and my clients will be too. I got lots of odd looks checking out with 15 pillows but I loved each and every one. 

Here is a sampling of what came home in my car.

 These lovely pillows are a dead ringer for Lulu DK in Chant. On sale for $4.99! I bought 5. The best part is they are reversible. 

Some nubby blue wool numbers that are from the Jonathan Adler Happy Home Collection. $9.99. 

More Jonathan Adler pillows. These went straight to a client who was very excited. $9.99

And a little Greek key action. These came in Brown and Navy. I'm thinking they need a little monogram or something in the middle. 

All I'm saying is maybe Burlington Coat Factory is more than great coats. 

lovely colors

I picked up these pillows a couple of weeks ago for a master suite I am working on. In the end we decided to go with a more muted color palette so these went back to Anthropologie. 

I was sad to see them go. I love this color combo and the crewel work is beautiful. 

The good news is this print also comes in a rug and window treatments so maybe I will find another use for this gorgeous pattern.
