I'll admit Macy's isn't usually on my list of places to source
things for clients but I've been pleasantly surprised by their offerings lately.
Today I stumbled on to their Landon Collection and my heart skipped a beat.
I'm dying to use this gorgeous cocktail ottoman in a project.
I love the look of the stripes placed on the bias on the top of the ottoman.
It has such a sophisticated feeling, don't you think?
I'm also smitten with this ikat chair! Simple but lovely.
Let's give Macy's a high five for offering such stylish pieces!

ReplyDeleteOooo, that chair is really awesome now only if it was I don't $300 instead of $600 I might buy it for the bedroom... Why does furniture have to cost so much! :)
ReplyDeleteI haven't shopped at Macy's furniture but I have at thier furniture clearance center. You can find some great stuff. It's one of our favorite furniture stores!

How stylish are those seams? Macy's has good bed linens (at least the one near me). People think our master bed linens were custom made.

ReplyDeleteWow, I have never really looked at Macy's either...I am not a fan of department stores, they drive my O.C.D. crazy...anywho, that chair is fabulous! And not badly priced! Love that! :)

ReplyDeleteI love the ikat chair! When I was creating a design board, I was shocked that the sofa I chose was from Macy's! I had to google it to make sure it was the macy's I was thinking of! I'm so out of the loop- I had no idea they had furniture! :) I loved your Q&A at 6th Street Design School!

ReplyDeleteI think when you have good taste, you could shop in Goodwill and pull something gorgeous together and clearly you have "the eye" Love the pieces, so fresh and clean, so simply elegant.
