model home upgrade

For the past few months I've been working on big project. 5 big projects to be exact.
I've been working with Fieldstone Homes to upgrade the aesthetic of their model homes.
It has been interesting working with a developer and being involved in the building phase of things but we are finally ready for my favorite part-furniture! Let me tell you, furnishing an empty house from top to bottom is no easy task. Especially when you are trying to stick to a budget!

The install for the first home will be completed this week and there is a grand opening party this coming Saturday for the new home. I'll be posting more details about this project as the week goes on.

Wish me luck!

  10. Congrats on 5 model homes. I can't wait to see how they turn out. I do model home design work for Beazer Homes. It's the most amazing thing to get to do pretty much exactly what you want in a home from the overall style down to the picture frames. Budget is key but it's still tons of fun. It's also so awesome to have a whole home completed. As designers we don't get that luxury most of the time. Residential clients are notorious for doing one room at a time. -c
