chalkboard table

Little Winston got a set of chairs for Christmas and of course he needed a table to go with them. He's just gotten into coloring so I knew chalkboard paint had to be the answer. I picked up a trusty lack table at ikea for a mere $7.99 and hit it with a can of chalkboard spray paint.
Simple as can be. Every night we wipe the drawings (and crumbs) clean. It's been so much fun to see his little scribblings every day.

  2. That table is darling and I love the chairs too! I didn't know your little boy is named Winston... how similar to my Weston. I love it!

  3. Love it. Those Lack tables can be used for so many different things. We now need to see some pictures with Winston's scribbles.

  4. That is a fantastic idea! I passed along this post to my aunt in Virginia who has two little girls that would go nuts for this idea. Thanks for sharing Caitlin!
