These were a great deal and simple DIY. We started by purchasing these stools from Sears. This is the best deal I have found on any sort of x-stool and I have searched far and wide.

I loved the shape but the cheetah had to go. We decided to go with this inexpensive trellis fabric that I posted about a while back. All we needed was about a yard and half of fabric, a staple gun and voila!

Just wanted to chime in that Walmart has a very very similar one, albeit with a black faux leather top...could be left as is {which is what I did for a pair of them in my husbands "man room"} or had a little DIY done to it like you have done here. Either way love the price!
