I work with all levels of budgets and I would love to find a solution that meets your needs. 

I have access to many wholesale distributors for furniture and accessories and I pass on all my discounts directly to you. These savings can be dramatic compared to what you would pay retail, so in the end, hiring a designer may save you money.

If you are a local client in the Salt Lake/Wasatch Front area:

I am available for in home consultations, full service decorating, and anywhere in between. I bill hourly and I am happy to work with your needs and budget. Depending on your space, we can determine what is best for you. If you are outside Salt Lake County, my travel time will be billed at a 1/2 time rate. Local clients will benefit from the option to shop with me for their space if they choose at some of my favorite retail and wholesale spaces as well as  access to my favorite painters, contractors, and other craftsmen.

If you are a potential e-decorating client:

I am available for e-decorating/virtual decorating projects. I love working with my e-decorating clients to help them make the most of their space. With my vast knowledge of internet resources, we'll find deals and items that fit your needs and budget. E-decorating clients have the option of selecting my hourly rate for smaller scale projects, or a flat rate per room for larger projects. If the flat rate is selected, a discount will be given on multiple rooms. Needs and budget can be discussed on a per project basis. How it works:

You send me pictures of your room and a budget along with a wish list of what you would like to see added or incorporated into the space and any inspiration images you have that you feel represent your style or the look you are going for. 

I take those pieces of information, and develop a concept for the space. We'll discuss fabrics, furnishings, DIY projects and how to make the most of what you already have. My ultimate goal is for you to have a space that looks pulled together, but still reflects you. I don't want to assign you a design I want to help you create one. 

*Out of state clients interested in a more full service decorating option can contact me regarding their project and possible travel.

My love for decorating started early. My first client was none other than Barbie herself. She hired me to build elaborate high rise apartment buildings for her jet set lifestyle. Even then I was creative, an old bookshelf served as the structure, and her furniture was fashioned out of anything and everything. I spent countless hours refining the details, and making sure the surroundings were glamourous enough for my celebrity client.

I've come a long way since then, but I haven't lost my love for style on a budget. High or low, big or small, I just love getting my hands on beautiful fabrics and fun accessories. I started with a few small projects for family and friends, and soon my phone was ringing off the hook. Soon after I started Caitlin Creer Interior Design and began to make a living off of what I love. With a background in art history, visual merchandising, and event planning, I bring an organic approach to interior design. 

If you don't love your home now, you will when I am through with it.
